Hi. My name is David Walrond, and I'm from Ivybridge. I am a competent builder and really enjoy being able to help people. 37 years of experience.

I am not a typical builder, well spoken, articulate, good with hand tools and with experience working in Management for Marks and Spencer, DFS furniture, Clarks The Shoe People. I have been a Project Manager for two Building Companies.

Experience in new build, fire and flood, renovation and repair work, and over 15 years experience working for property management companies.

A late starter beginning my training at 28, having worked for two years previously in a Builders Merchant. My best friends then were a Joiner, a Roofer and a Plumber who gave me loads of help in those early years. My Building Knowledge is vast and there isn't much I haven't seen before.

Have been registered with Trading Standards Devon for over 17 years without incidence, I have five gold crowns for service, quality of materials used and Value for money, their highest award.
